Message frequency is low and varies. SMS notifications are sent only when after-hours calls are received — there is no regular or scheduled messaging cadence.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to any SMS messages sent or received as part of this program. East Bay Hand Medical Center is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS notifications from this program.

For help with SMS notifications, reply HELP to any message you receive, or contact our office directly at 510-297-0550 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM).
